Hearty Quinoa Breakfast

1 cup cooked Quinoa
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts and almonds
1/2 cup chopped dates and or other dried fruits
1 banana
salt to taste

Mix warm quinoa with spices, nuts, and dried fruits
Slice banana on top and sprinkle with flax seeds or pumpkin seeds
